Having an experienced of Master Brewers who have worked in large scale commercial breweries through to being involved in small craft brewery start-ups we understand our customers’ needs and requirements.

With Brewtique, you will have experienced Master Brewers assisting you every step of the way. From design, layouts, drawings, and manufacturing, to installation, commissioning, and on-site training, including an initial brew on your new system with our own Master Brewers. Our goal is to help you produce great quality beer with our experienced staff helping you from inception to brewing that first perfect glass of ale.

Our strategic partnerships with NDL Craft and Fermecraft, has enabled Brewtique to offer two core ranges of brewery solutions catering for small start-up micro-breweries through to fully automated production breweries.

The alliance combines Brewtique’s brewing expertise and knowledge, with NDL Craft and Fermecraft’s strong engineering and manufacturing capabilities to produce high quality, functional brewing systems.

We have spent a great deal of time brewing on the equipment we design and sell and have worked hard to improve the quality of the beer that the breweries produce and ensure that the precious energy of the brewing team is preserved to concentrate on beer quality, not on fighting with their equipment.

Our People

NEAL CAMERON

Technical Director

Neal has a level of experience and qualification that few in the industry can match. A degree in chemistry and a corporate career in operations and supply chain management for Johnson & Johnson and Smith & Nephew, followed by a post Grad in Brewing Science. He then worked in the wine and food industry for a number of years in product development and change management.

His first role in brewing was to start William Bull Brewery for De Bortoli wines as Head Brewer/Brewery Manager before moving to Sydney to start the Australian Brewery in 2010. The Australian Brewery has been a highly successful venture, being the first craft brewer in Australia to package into cans. With many medals and trophies, national distribution and export to many countries, a focus on quality and innovation has allowed rapid global expansion.

As well as being a founding director of The Institute of Beer, Neal is also Director of Brewing for Beer Farm WA. He also has vast experience working with many Australian breweries and cideries on diverse projects encompassing brewery build project management, product development and quality improvement. Neal is also Technical Director for Brewtique, specialising in brewing equipment installs around Australia and Asia and is the teacher at TAFE NSW for the newly developed Certificate III in Microbrewing.

He is a regular judge around Australia and was appointed Chief Judge at the Royal Sydney Beer & Cider show in 2013. He is a taste panellist and regular writer for Beer & Brewer magazine and has been a major contributor to the Beer Buyers Guide, Ultimate Cider Guide and is the Technical Editor for Explore Beer.

GAVIN TROXLER

Managing Director

Gavin has owned and operated small to medium sized businesses for over 20 years. As a shareholder and Director for Simms International Gavin managed the sales and marketing functions for Apple’s largest distribution company for over 15 years, growing sales from $15 million to over $180 million in a 6-year period.

As one of the founding shareholders and Directors for 7th Day Brewing company in Sydney, Gavin was involved in this start-up craft brewery from inception through to opening the doors in October 2018.

An accomplished executive with over 25 years of management and board level experience, and demonstrated success in developing and executing on sales, product and marketing strategies. Combining this with the experience of building a craft brewery from start to finish has provided the platform to develop Brewtique’s product offering and market position.
